We’re excited to announce that Mrs Tilly’s, an existing TraceSense customer using our Stock Control and Dispatch modules, will be rolling out the Batch Control module in the new year. This upgrade will further streamline their production processes and enhance operational control.

Enhancing Production with Integrated Batch Control

The new Batch Control module introduces advanced integration with bulk fill tanks, allowing ingredients to be controlled and distributed directly into the mixing vessel from the terminal. This eliminates manual handling, improves accuracy, and ensures that production staff can focus on higher-value tasks.

Paperless, Fully Controlled Process

By integrating with existing TraceSense modules, the batch system will enable a truly paperless workflow, syncing with other areas using the Batch module for complete visibility and control. Key features include:
