TraceSense is working closely with Soapworks, building a strong, ongoing partnership focused on improving day-to-day operations and supporting long-term growth.

Moving to Paperless Quality Checks

We’ve implemented process control checks across the site, replacing paper-based quality processes with a fully digital system. This means:

• Checks are completed and recorded in real time
• Better visibility for supervisors and management
• Easier traceability and audit readiness

It’s a simple change that’s already making a noticeable difference in how quality is managed on the shop floor.

Stock Control Integration with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

The next phase is the rollout of stock control, fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This will give the team accurate, connected data between production and the wider business, reducing manual input and improving overall control.

CMMS & OEE Rollout

We’re also rolling out:

• A CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance planning and asset tracking
• An OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) system to provide clear insight into efficiency, performance, and downtime

These tools will help highlight issues earlier and support continuous improvement across the site.
