has today become renowned for its shortbread, biscuits and oatcakes.

The Challenge
Paterson Arran was operating with a redundant and partially manual system that frequently caused intermittent issues. These disruptions often led to operational delays and forced the team to revert to paper-based processes, impacting overall efficiency and productivity.
The Solution
Having already implemented our Quality Module, Paterson Arran chose to expand its digital capabilities by adopting our Batch Control Module. Since the implementation, the site has experienced a significant improvement in system reliability and no longer needs to fall back on manual, paper-based processes. Additionally, we deployed a fully integrated cloud-based solution aligned with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless operations, real-time visibility, and improved scalability across the site.
